Hi,
this is my last way out before I will make a case against MTN, we have handed in a faulty unit (Lumia 900) on the 3rd of January 2013 (yes - 5 month back, we also cannot believe it), this unit has been at the time still been under warranty, the unit was issued to be fixed/ repaired with what we have not been happy with as the unit was still new, we expected at the time a new unit, I have been without a phone ever since, i had business cards printed with this number which are inaffective due to the poor service by MTN and its staff, we had to go and stretch ourselves several to follow up with the shop manager Ashraf to follow up on what is actually happening as no one takes serious initiative to sort this issue out, yet they deduct R369.00 monthly still of my account and seem not to care at all, in so far not one of them ever called me which is totally ridiculous, I want the contract to be terminated and reimbursed for the period and will never ever return to MTN. You are literally from us as paying customers!!!
