Poor service yet again - Builders and Ryobi

Around MAY 2013 I purchased a Ryobi 52 cc brush cutter from Builders warehouse in Witbank. I t only worked for a short period before failing. /- 4 months. I returned the unit insisting on a new unit, upon which I was informed by the builder personnel that it has to be sent away. A while later, again following follow up from my side - no reply from builders personnel - I am used to this now from them and the "new" south Africa for that matter, the unit was replaced. ON 30/10/2013. I used the unit till 19/11/2013, when it failed again. This time is stripped the fuel system myself in order to try and remedy, but with no success - I did not want to go through the whole problematic process again, but had to do this. In December I approached the staff at Builders, but they said they can accept the unit, but that the supplier is closed and the unit will only be sent to Ryobi in January - I then kept the unit till January 2014. I submitted the unit to Builders n 11/1/2014 and was informed that the unit will take /- 3 weeks to repair, which I questioned, but at least some company is giving HUYNDAI a a run for their money on poor service, but not that bad yet. As usual, no reply since.
