They said this unit regulated the geyser to save money, our electricity bill has increased since installing unit, my geyser is normally set on 50 deg C, they said we had to turn the setting to 65 deg C so that the unit can work properly. we have now switched the unit off turned the geyser back to 50deg C, put the geyser off when not using it, and are paying less for elec. We tried to return the product they say we had to return within seven days, HOW DO YOU DETERMIN IF A GEYSER CONTROL UNIT SAVES YOU MONEY, in seven days, You can determin this over a period of 2 to 3 months, and if your bill increases drasticly in that period, then the unit is NOT working the way they said it would.!!! They have now handed us to the credit bureau, because we stopped paying the unit.
