Terrible service from MTN

I sent my unit in on the 8th of January 2013 due to a speaker malfunction (this is the second time this issue occurs on the unit). Requested it as urgent as I'm flying out of the country. I was advised by 0839000564 (the number on their service repair form) that the unit was ready for collection on the 11th of January after following up continuously (the person whom I spoke to did not want to give me a reference for the call). I drove to the repair centre in Montague Drive and it was not ready. On the 14th of January the unit is still not repaired. I'm asked to wait 2hrs to receive a refurbished unit (not a new unit!). MTN has wasted a lot of my time and money on petrol and phone calls and they have still not resolved my issue.

I received a reply on Facebook simply telling me to phone a certain number to follow up on my phone. Not what I asked. Disappointing!! Now I've got my unit back, still not repaired and MTN doesn't give a.
