BAD SERVICE FOR NEW CUSTOMER

Good day.

I ordered my phone and took up a new contract with cell C last week Thursday the 25 April. I am in desperate need of it as I am a mom and my other phone has broken. I was told I would have my phone within 7 working days. Granted that only 6 working days have gone by, they did tell me the Courier would call a day before delivery so I called this morning to check up on my order. I get told that it is on hold because they are waiting for documents and that it has been on hold since 29th already. What the. Why did no one phone me so that I could have spead up the process. The agent that sold me the deal told me that all I have to do is have my FICA documents ready and hand it to the courier when they deliver my phone. This is shocking service. Why dont you just cancel it. I'll probably be sorted out quicker if I go to one of your competitors instead of wait for you.
