This is my second complaint sent to Cel c my first complaint I sent to [Email Removed] but no reply from anyone. Today is the 03/05 I received a call from Cel c where the consultant is telling me that my debit order never went off. I asked the consultant what the reason is? This he couldn't't tell me... I said to the person this is the first time ever that my debit order didn't't go off and that I don't understand because there is funds in my account??? I confirmed my banking details and everything but still I don't get an answer to tell me WHY the deduction is unsuccessful?? I totally lost it on this consultant because what service does Cel c give if they cant even give me a reason why the debit order never went through I phoned my bank and asked them if something went wrong on my side and they said no there is still funds in the account. I told the consultant if there is any penalty fee that will be deducted from my account I will be taking this matter further as cel c's service is up to.
