Refund for Cell C debit order mistake

I would really appreciate if you could give the R90.00 that accrued on my account because of your consultant that could not change and load my bank details on your system. The bank statements were already send. Know my old bank account is in arrears. I have phoned the 9/12/2013 to amend bank details, address and due date. The consultant confirmed it would be effective immediacy as I asked him this. The debit order then went off still on the old account the 22nd. Phoned the 23/12/2013 where that consultant only changed it and then tells me your policy that it will only take effect next month. I really don't care about the policy as that consultant confirm the change would be done which means you are at fault and breached the policy. I faxed all details and spend lots of time on the phone to speak to different people to explain myself over again.
