I received a phone call today from a consultant regarding my Capfin Installment. I have requested the debit order to go off on 25th but instead gets debited on 23rd. Nevertheless, the consultant asked me when she will be receiving the installment by which I explained that I only received my salary this morning and questioned why the debit date is not the 25th. She replied rudely by saying: "Capfin will debit the amount on friday. Make sure the funds are available. Good Bye". Seriously?!? Without confirming if this is ok with me she puts the phone down in my ear. I had to phone back AGAIN (spoke to a different consultant) change the debit order date and request the banking details as I want to deposit the funds TODAY and not FRIDAY. I asked the consultant what the complaint procedure is at Capfin and if he can give me a reference number... He couldn't explain the procedure and I don't get a reference number. Apparently I just have to take his word that he takes my ID number and gives it to his supervisor. I received a 3 sms from Capfin after my call. Confirmation of bank details, debit order date change and to top it off a "RATE OUR SERVICE". Seriously?!?
