Begging MFC to take my money!!

I would just like to share my frustration with MFC. I bought a new car in April, the first debit order was supposed to go off on the 31st of May. On the 11th of June I phoned them to hear whats going on and why the debit order still hasn't gone off. First they told me it was due to insufficient funds which is complete rubbish as there were more than enough money available in my account. Later we discovered that they had the wrong banking details. The lady I spoke to then changed the banking details and told me that the debit order is now set to go off the following day which was supposed to be the 12th of June. It is the 13th today and still no debit order went off. The situation is so frustrating because when ever I phone in to ask whats going on I need to hold for hours before I get to a consultant, when I reach a consultant, I just get passed on to the next consultant. why did no one phone me when there was a "problem" with the debit order? Why must I keep on phoning them to take my money? I now have a bad mark against my name cause of their mistake. This is so frustrating and it doesn't help me phoning again as I am just holding on for hours at a time. Please sort this out!!
