I took out a data contract for my daughter. I specifically asked whether a message would be received when data package was reached. This was confirmed by Max. However this is not the case and I received a bill of R1400 and not R189. I returned to the Fourways Mall outlet and they said they could not assist me and I had to email the customer service department. I emailed [Email Removed] with a request to give me details of data usage on 23rd April and I have not received ANY RESPONSE. I feel as though I have been conned as I was given incorrect information and no one will assist me in sorting this matter out. I want an explanation not a auto generated response
