Call Centre upgrading without written permission

I am working for Overberg Water and the contract is in the name of overberg Water. I am the Cellphone administrator for Overberg Water. When I wanted to cancel the number concerned, which we did not upgrade earlier with a specific reason, I found the contract has been in fact ungraded by Rewards Co on 17.01.2013. I the spoke to Rewards Co and requested who did the upgrade and what permission of documentation they received for the upgrade. They failed to provide met with any information and refused to tell me who authorised the upgrade. I have phoned them several time with no luck. I phoned Vodacom Customer Care and Upgrade Department and both of them told me to contact Rewards Co. I am highly upset, because we are paying for a service that we no longer need and no one from our department gave any permission to do the upgrade. Will you please look into the matter.
