Airtime remaining not being transferred

On thurs 11 0ctober 2012 i put in a complaint about airtime value whilst upgrading from mtn350 to mtn200 not being carried over by mtn corporate century city. I am finally going to upgrade and again am told that it wont be carried over. at the mtn stores i have been told that the remaining rand value is MY MONEY and cant be just lost and will be carried over yet mtn corporate says otherwise. a gentleman from mtn called me and replied with correspondence to me assuring me that my rand value WILL BE CARRIED OVER and if a have any hassles i should feelm free to contact him. my e mail account since then had been tampered with and i have since lost his details etc, hence the new hello peter complaint as it seems the only way to get real help is via this way.
your co-operation with regard to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
