I am sending a complaint on behalf of my mother as she does not have access to email or internet. Last year November 2013 my mom down graded her contract from a R 315.00 top up to a U choose flexi 200. Once the new contact started in December she lost all her previous airtime that had been carried over, when she enquired in store the sales lady explained that her airtime will fall away, but this was not explained to her when to changed her contract. She had over R 500.00 airtime available which was paid for and now has been taken away how can you take away airtime that has been paid for already?
