Consultant not interested in my problem

My BB 9900 Bold went in for repairs on the 9th April, 2013, as it was freezing and switching off. Consultant said he would get back to me 7 days, which he did not. I had to call him, to which he responded that there is no news, try again in another 7 days. I had to call back for the second time, to which he responded that there was still no news, but that they would either replace of fix the phone. He would call us back. Of course, he did not call us back, and when I called this morning he still had no news, and said they do not make follow up calls to the service centre where my phone is. I then had to ask him to call his own service centre... he seemed pretty reluctant to even do that. Why do I have to do his job for him and get him to call his own service centre?? I am now sitting without a phone going on 4 weeks, and still at square one!! I want my phone either replaced or PROPERLY fixed and returned this week.
