MTN does it again - Taes my Carried Over Airtime

Once again, MTN has 'deleted', removed or taken away my "Carried over Airtime". In my first month (May 2013), I had a carry over of more than R20, but then was charged for extra phone calls (although I still had airtime). Now, in June, I carried over more than R16 into July 2013, only to see that it too has been deleted when I go to MTNActive... So WHY AND HOW can you be allowed to do this. The WORST thing of all is it is deleted without a trace and therefore ALL EVIDENCE! MTN has also about their "Promotional SMS's" - saying to me in the beginning that I get 200SMS per month, then only later saw that it is 25 sms to any number and 175 sms to MTN ONLY - When I asked the sales people before getting the contract and a MTN Consultant, they said I get 200 SMS per month TO ANY MOBILE NETWORK!!! Liars!!!
Give me back my Carry over stop Billing me extra every month! NOT ACCEPTABLE at all!!!
