Wrong handset and no action to correct it

I've contacted the call centre to upgrade and asked for the new Blackberry Q10. It was specifically important for me that the new handset must have full 4g/LTE capability so i've asked the consultant twice to confirm the handset is full LTE which he confirmed.

RAM delivered the handset with the wrong sim. Upon opening the handset, I've realized the phone is only LTE ready and not full LTE. I've phoned the call centre and they've confirmed the handset is not LTE and said they will ask RAM to collect it. Now after 4 weeks and many phone calls the handset is still not collected, they've tried to convince me to keep the phone, blocked me from upgrading, and listed me for having a new contract which I've never accepted as the handset is wrong.

I've opened a complaint at Icasa but Vodacom's attitude is shocking. They've let me wait for 4 weeks with false stories that RAM has been told to collect to just find out after phoning RAM they haven't received any request from Vodacom.
