Good day

Received my upgraded handset on 11 nov 2013. Reported faulty on 13 Nov 2013 to corporate upgrade. They directed me to take it to repair centre to complete assessment. This was done and repair centre retained phone.
I called upgrades again requesting a new handset on 13 Nov 2013. They cannot help me as I must sort it out with repair centre. Reapir centre says their job is complete and they don't issue replacement handset. Corporate Upgrades cannot do anything until they receive the handset. For a week now nobody wants to take accountability for the poor service. My contract is upgraded yet I don't have my handset.

MTN insists that I must go to their repair centre and then call them. The repair centre says they don't deal with
corporate.

It is clear that MTN does not understand the process between their business units. They poor service is sad.
