WORST EXPERIENCE WITH NASHUA MOBILE!!!

My line 0828028693 was due for an upgrade, I then requested Nashua Mobile to port it but instead it was falsely deactivated. I then informed their call centre, to my disappointment it took them more than 2 months to reactivate the line after deciding to not port anymore, the incorrect colour handset was then delivered which meant me having to wait again, I was then requested to deliver the incorrect colour handset to a nearest Nashua Mobile which is a huge inconvenience for me or I have to pay R70.00 for delivery and to top it all off they cannot give me a turn around time as to when I can expect the correct colour device. Currently I still do not have a new handset and my number, with very little remorse from Nashua Mobile's side!!!
I have been highly inconvenienced and extremely disappointed by Nashua Mobile ---- I have had the WORST experience ever in my whole existence and I have never seen anything like this before!
A very frustrated and disappointed Client of many years!!!
