Billing me for data I'm not using

We lodged a complaint with mtn for being billed for data we are not using. They sent us itemized billing record for august (last time we used the simcard), but they did not send any other information for September, October and November (because we did not use any data) but still we are being billed for out of bundle rates... So it is insinuated that we use additional data after our bundle has been depleted. We didnt even use 1mb of data for september, october or november. My money is going somewhere... I would advise all MTN customers to keep a close eye on their debit orders. MY ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. I want a new simcard because there is a possibility that mine is hacked. Worst of all is I want to cancel my contract with MTN since this issue is going on for longer than a month... But I cant even end the ontract, even though money is just TAKEN from my account!!! I want carte blance or the newspapers or anybody to investigate this so my issue can be resolved. I had enough of this.
