Still No Response, still have the same problem

Note that MTN still has not done anything about my problem, it is almost a month after my last complaint and NOTHING has been done to fix this. Once this contract has expired, I will have NOTHING to do with MTN again because their service. Plain and simple. Now start with the pacification again.
