After my initial complaint about Cell C, i was over the moon with service Nelly was giving me initially in solving the problem, i was happy i was finally getting somewhere to solving the problem.. i even agreed to start my 24 months again because she offered it to me at a lower price, R399, than my initial contract R499. but as they say if its too good too be true it probably is, because the day after she supposedly sorted my problem and even sent me an email confirming the above i was again billed R591.00.. i wonder what excuse they will be coming up with this time..
