CELL C BEING SENT TO ITS CUSTOMERS

If somebody could please assist me my contract is 18 months already, cell c is charging now for internet usage well apparently this is what I was told by one of the consultant when o called this morning 29/05/2013. "people are over using the internet that is why we are charging" but this need to be sent to us on an email or sms how can we just know what is happened, why have all this advert telling us we must change to cell c because it's a better service provider, my usage went from R20.00 to R98.00, this morning I used my internet but only to view stuff on google and they charged me another R98.00 this is. I want somebody to give me in detail of the sites and the usage. Because if I go back to my history it shows me what sites but R98.00 is nonsense my ref no is 3052900182
