Hi,

Earlier today, I had a balance of 0.3GB on my account, but was unable to connect. I purchased another 1GB bundle, and still I've been unable to connect to the internet, regardless of my account showing balance in excess of 1GB data balance. I have logged and re logged onto my account using a PPPOE account, to no avail.
This has been going on for the past two weeks.

Another issue I have had is phantom usage. I was unable to connect to the internet (23 Sept 2013), thinking it was my balance I purchased another bundle, yet was still unable to connect. I called your Call Center and a Michael assisted me. He said that there was usage on my account, however on my Transaction History, the very last transaction was mt bundle top up.
