Less did i know that upgrading my contract will bring so much drama: while doing my upgrade I requested my current voice contract to be migrated to data services, was told to wait 7 day for the Migration to take effect .after 7 days i started following up and was told to wait they have escalated the call. after more than 14 days i decided to walk in the the Highveld Mall store again and was met with heavy faces who then told me they need to re-do the service request and wait another 7 days... how pathetic is that? to my suprise they cannot explain to me what happened to the initial call... how can you re-do it if you do not know what happend to the first one? i was then told to direct my questions to the person who opened my first service call - my attempt to get her attention were met by her long face and silence, how on earth can i trust her competant to even give me the correct items i requested. how on earth was this person brought to serve the public ..."WHERE DO THEY COME FROM"
