Contract approval takes days

I applied for an Samsung Galaxy S4 contract in addition to a tablet contract I already have with Mtn. The salesperson told me up to 48 hours to approve on Thursday, 4 July at 15:30. Have heard nothing from Mtn since then. How on earth does it take this long if I already have a contract with you? Mtn took 7 days to approve the tablet as well. Pathetic. Vodacom approves a contract in a matter of hours, so what is your excuse?

The only reason I went with Mtn was because I figured an additional contract would be quicker to get and less paperwork, but apparently with Mtn all you ever get is drama.
