Two months ago, I spoke to Jacob Letwala from Nashua Mobile Upgrades for a new cell phone and value added services.

Was promised everything would be up and working by the time the new phone arrived.

Needless to say it wasn't and after about two weeks of complaining and following up, it was. I requested Xtreme Data as an additional service for uncapped data usage. Jacob advised everything was working.

Eventually my cell phone bill came with amount of just shy R2000.

I then spoke to Gino from the Call Centre who advised they will credit me with R1200 which I will see if that happens.

I also asked why the Xtreme Data service is not working, he advised its the Activations department. Jacob advised its the Development department and it seems no one really know what's going on there.

I asked for a Manager to contact me regarding this and no has.

Its two months know, I'm paying for a service which no one knows how to fix or who to speak to.

Absolutely pathetic and unacceptable!
