Anita Sinclair has horible attitude

On Tuesday 02.03.2013 I logged my query with the person who deals with accounts at Zone fitness St. Georges Mall.
I followed up on Monday 08.03.2013 with the same person who kept on promising to call me back and give me feedback.
When nothing was forthcoming I requested to speak to the manager (Anita Sinclair) this morning, who also failed to get back to me.
I just called her again and she gave me extreme attitude and told me she is "dealing with it". When I asked her why I hadn't gotten any feedback, she cut me off and told her I am having an attitude with her. I requested to speak to the her manager and she told me she reports to herself, there is nobody I can escalate this to.
I am already unhappy about the fact that my account was debited after I had paid R250.00 more than my normal fees, but the I really don't need to be disrespected and be patronized by your Anita Sinclair or anybody else.
I need you to pay me back the R250.00 together with the current 8.5% calculated daily as I am being inconvenience here.
I need you to further cancel my membership and waive the cessation fee, I shouldn't have to pay for lack of service and condescending atti
