We applied at Virgin Active early Feb this year where they deducted an extra initiation fee off my account. They were immediately brought to the attention of this error in good spirit.

Many emails and telephone conversations with management at the club and with the Virgin Active head office during the last 2 months has not been enough to get my money back.

I am writing this on hellopeter in the hope of some reaction from them that could finalise this matter.

Shocking customer experience!!!
