Taking money from a pragnant woman

Morning,

In November 2012 I had e-mailed a request to Itiya from Zone Fitness Stand Street, requesting that they Zone Fitness should suspend my account untill May 2013 when I am due. I even attached a letter from my gyneacologist stating that my account must be suspended until I give biirth. A consultant from Zone fitness called me the last week of November 2012 and we agreed that the December billing will go through because I notified them late and as from January 2013 the suspension on my account will take effect until April 2013.
In January 2013 Zone Fitness deducted R250.00 fee from my account and again in February 2013 they deducted another R250.00 fee from account.
On the last week of January 2013 I went to Zone Fitness website to complain about the issue of the a monthly fee of R250.00 being deducted from my account despite the agreement verbally on the phone with one of their consultant to suspend my account from January 2013. I even told them I will fax or e-mail the a copy of the letter to them again or they can even call my gynea if they did not belive me. They never replied to me. I am still waiting on my refund.
