Disgusted!!!

About 6 Months ago i signed up for a zone fitness membership by the branch in Wynberg. Every month the installment is deducted directly from my bank account without a problem. At the end of November Zone Fitness deducted the same installment 3 Times off my account. I contacted Zone Fitness in Wynberg to query the deduction. I spoke to a lady named Sharon (Completely useless). It has now been almost a month and i still have not received any confirmation from her as to why the amount was deducted 3 times. I have made numerous calls to her and even went personally into the branch to try and sort the matter out. From day one she has been completely rude and disrespectly towards me. When asking her if i could speak to her manager as i am getting no joy from her, her exact words were '' You can speak to the Pope or even mandela i dont care'' . I have never in my life come accross such service before. All i am trying to do is find out the reason for unauthorised amount been deducted from my account. I am completely disgusted at her attitude and she should not be allowed to talk to clients like that. I want a response today or ill have to get the ombudsman involved! I am dusgusted!!
