ANITA SINCLAIR the rudest person EVER!!!

I called head office to cancel my membership due to: 1. A male Fitness Instructor called you approx 3 weeks after you joined to chit chat..
2. You feel as though the staff and members are "undressing you with their eyes"; makes me feel very uncomfortable!
3. The changerooms smelt very bad.
4. when trying to cancel i was told that ANITA SINCLAIR would contact me which she did.
she asked me why im cancelling i explained the above to her, i felt harassed by her questions and told her so. she never came back to me up until i called her today! she was very RUDE and unprofessional! im sickened by the service ive been getting!
