Double Levy Fee

I joined Planet fitness Wanderous in June 2012 my sales consultant was a guy named Vincent. In December 2012 Planet Fitness took two payments from my account, when i called to enquire i was told that it was a double levy fee.

I then went to their premises i found Vincent who then told me that " in his knowledge a 12 month contract doesn't have a double levy charge." We went inside and i was assisted by the assistant manger on duty because "THE MANAGER WASN'T THERE". They then showed me a contract that displayed that i had signed to pay the double levy fee, i was then told that because i had signed for it there was nothing that they could do. I then went to my car and found my copy of the contract, on the contract the was no levy charge in fact there was a line put through the levy charge space. I showed the contract to the "assistant manger" and he then told me that i should go to the bank and reverse the charge as the process might take long before i got my money. i reversed the charge and the on the 28 December Planet fitness took the payment again with interest. It is now February 2012 and still haven't been refunded my money.
