I have checked on your membership details and also your contract details and can see thatb the levy amount on the contract is R0. I have seen that an amount of R445 for the December levy was charged incorrectly which will need to be refunded back to you.

Please could you confirm your banking account details so that we may have this done for you and have this matter resolved.
