I had a contract with Planet Fitness for 2years. Then I became a member of Discovery. I then wanted to change my contract to the Discovery Vitality Plan. I waited 4 months for my contract to be cancelled and filled in a cancellation request twice because my first one just seem to have vanished and I get told that there is no record of it although the consultant at the gym specifically remembered helping me and we did everything and signed up for the new vitality contract. After 4 months when my contract eventually got cancelled I was told that I would be refunded for the 3 months gym fees and one levy payment. That never happened. So after lots of blood sweat and tears I told Planet fitness that I dont want their money or anything to do with them, just clean me off your system completely! I'M DONE! Then another 4 months later (this month) they started taking money off my account again! REALLY? After 4 months of being free you just start again? Normal gym subscription? I went to the fourways branch and had a look on my contract. All amounts and some required fields are BLANK!
No one ever seems to help me?
