Harrassed by PF 4 levy fee after contract expired

I joined The Buzz Planet Fitness in June 2008 with a 2 year contract, with the branch closing I was forced to move to another branch. I wasn't able to use another branch since their was an outstanding levy (and none of the PF systems are integrated so no branch can help me) which after complaining to PF on Hellopeter was 100% waived by H.O. Now 2 years later I'm being harrassed by a rude Credit Controller demanding I pay the R340 levy plus admin charges totalling to R400 which was waived by.

Disgraceful Planet Fitness, firstly for harrassing me about it now 2 year later, secondly for waiving it unsuccessfully and thirdly for piling admin fees on top of it. I won't ever join Planet Fitness again - your administration is embarrassing! To prospective members - avoid headaches rather go to the competition!!
