I had a three years contract with planet fitness, which I did not wish to renew, I then informed them that I wish not to renew my contract. To my surprise I received a phone call from them two years after that I owe them R350.00. I need an explanation on how they came to a conclusion that I owe them R350.00 and since when to gyms charge levy and why was I not informed when I signed my contract and prior to the cancellation of my contract. I demand a letter that states that I owe them nothing and that I was not informed about this levy that they say I owe.
