2 YRS after cancelling my contract they want Levy?

I cancelled my contract with Planet Fitness more than 2 years ago. Today I get an email from a collection agent saying that I owe Planet Fitness R480 for a levy. It took them 2 years to find me they say when in fact I have been in the same offices for 6 years, with the same telephone number. My cell number only changed last year! They have had my email address all along & only thought to use it today to let me know that I must pay them because they are going to blacklist me. How exceptionally unorganised can a company be... and of course at this point no "proof" that I owe them anything has been provided. I am disgusted!
