Planet Fitness HANDS ME OVER FOR COLLECTION

I cancelled my contract with Planet Fitness on 18 March 2013 and they go and add a levy in Dec 2012 and a monthly fee in Jan 2013 without letting me know, then they hand me over for collection! No calls, no letters no nothing just hand me over so I get a sms that I will be put on ITC and I have to waste my time and money on calls to find out what the this is as I am not a member... now you try and call the Roodepoort Gym to speak to the manager or admin... one has left for the day and the other is in a meeting and guess WHAT the manager is so high and mighty you cant have his cell number? Shame... Planet Fitness wont see me as a member ever again - this is the second time they have done this and it takes a full of effort and time to sort it out. Incompetent that is all it is. Lets see how quick they sort this out.
