Bad retail practice and even worst attitude!

I wanted to sign up for a month contract at Planet Fitness Hennopsview and from quotation to billing phase the price increased quite significantly. They could not provide me with any explanation and insisted that I will have to pay the higher amount. This led me to suspect that they make up prices as they go along especially for monthly joiners as opposed to long term contracts. Further to this, nobody - neither the sales consultant nor the sales manager (Johan Els) - is willing to provide me with a price structure, price list. On their website I notice they mention that "membership does not have a set amount" but they continue to quote a typical amount of R329p/m. This is much less than the R695 which they wanted to charge me. For a 36 month contract the amount is just over R6000 which is more or less R166p/m. So how is it possible to charge for the same facilities R695 vs R166?! Can somebody explain this to me?
The rudeness and arrogance of the Sales Manager who I lodge the enquiry with was not appreciated either. Is this really a gym worth joining at all?
