Breach of contract

A week before the end of September 2013 i joined at Parklands branch with a agent named Maria, i wanted to speak to the manager to get a better price. Sales manager Fabian enterred the room and offered me a Edgars promo where i pay a once of joining fee of R950 on my Edgards card and then R206.50 per month and i was promised that i would not have to pay the R100 tag fee. I paid the once of fee there but end of that month planet fitness debited pro rata R127 plus R100 tag fee plus R295 monthly fee. That is not what i signed up for. I reversed the R295 but was to late to stop the R100 tag fee and the over charge on the pro rata. I went back to fabian and was told to bring him a bank statement which i did the following day. it has been 2 weeks and nothing. the rude lady (Meloney) at front desk just tells me minimum membership isR295 and she cant help me. This is unacceptable and horribe service from such a big fitness company. I want this sorted and i only want them to take the amout promised which is R206.50 per month and not R295. and refund the R100 tag fee and incorrect prorata. Is that to much to ask? for Parklands branch is obviously beyond their capibility. VERY BAD SERVICE
