This is the second time that Planet fitness is billing wrong. The first time they lost all the documents about the contract transfer and Vusi was fired but I still had to pay. My father and I went to planet fitness and closed the contract by paying the outstanding amount. I have proof of payment. Planet fitness is still billing me for having a membership, which I closed. The debit order went off my account in the amount of R200, if I was a member the amount will be R345 per month.

We went to planet fitness branch in Witbank once again and they sent all the documents through to head office. We haven't heard anything and they do not return our calls.
