Overcharged/inflated gym fees for three (3) months

I hold a national membership with Planet Fitness, on a month-to-month contract. My membership fee for December 2012 increased by a phenomenal 52.70%. I let it go for that month. In January 2013, the same amount was taken off my account. I therefore queried this via the website on the 20th of January 2013. I was contacted by Trish Tsikada on the 21st January who promised to investigate and get back to me as soon as possible. I followed up on the 22nd January 2013, as I had not yet received a reply. I received a reply from her on the 30th January 2013 saying she is STILL awaiting a copy of my contract from the club. On 1 February 2013 I was ONCE AGAIN charged the inflated amount, being 52.70% higher than previously. I sent a query through to Trish Tsikada again, on the 1st February 2013. To date I am still awaiting a response, almost a month later. Could this be because they wish to charge me the inflated amount YET AGAIN?
