Over Charged and Misrepresented Pricing

I applied for a membership with Planet Fitness in Aurora and requested a national membership. I was very eager to join Virgin Active but their pricing options were too expensive. I wanted a national membership and use my Discovery Vitality membership to recieve the special package. When i approached the Aurora Planet Fitness they made me sign a form stipulating the prices of the contract which I was first told would be R75 per month with a R795 joining fee over the phone. When I got there to sign the contract on the same day they said they had made a mistake as they thought I was the main member. I told them numerous times that it was a national contract. They gave me the form to sign with all the pricing on and I selected the option of a national membership at R160 per month and ticked the national option below as the employee told me to.

My debit orders are being deducted from my account at R295 which is even more expensive than a normal gym membership and more expensive than Virgin Active. When I went back to the Aurora Planet Fitness to ask them to give me the form I signed to show the price they quoted me they had no recollection of any form being signed.
