Contract termination

5 years ago, I considerd joining planet fitness, but within the givin 5 working days I cancelled the contract, as stated on the contract. For some reason they still went through with the contract and now they want me to pay a ridiculous amount of money to them, givin I didn't even excercise there! Planet Fitness has the worst admin department! I am currently excercising at Virgin Active without any problems at all. I've sent an e-mail to the CEO of Planet Fitness and still no response! I would really like Planet Fitness sorting out their admin and clear my name ASAP!
