PLEASE HELP!!!

On joining PF Parklands, the facilities were disgusting, smelt of urine, the pool was disgusting and we realised we were jeapordising our health should we attend this gym. I managed to get my contract cancelled, but not my husbands. Eventually I have pd R1500 cancellation fee and all I want is confirmation of cancellation, confirmation that the debit order has been cancelled and reimbursement of the debit order that rolled off at the end of Jan - surely the settlement fee included this otherwise I am paying yet again for a service not received. I have mailed MR Ravi Sukdeo on numerous occassions for the above, I have had no response. I have called and left a message with his receptionist - no return call. I cannot seem to get details of anyone more senior to lodge a complaint with because of PF protocol. I have even sent a message via FB, but their page management is outsourced to an agency, so they are unable to assist either. I would really just like 3 things done, so I NEVER have to deal with this company ever again. 1. Confirmation that my contract has been cancelled. 2. Confirmation that the debit order has been cancelled. 3. Reimbursement of Jan Debit Orde
