Can't believe this issue is still going on

My original complaint (30 November) has still not been rectified. I signed a contract with Planet Fitness stating that my monthly fee would be R234. Every month since October they have debited R355 off my account. The first response from them here said I must go into the gym and sort it out there, which I tried to do. I spoke to 5 different people at the branch and they all said they will speak to head office and sort it out. Nothing has happened. I logged a second complaint on here recently and today got a very snippy reply saying that I must go into the gym to get my tog bag and that the money being debited was for the original sign up fee. INCORRECT. I have fully paid the sign up fee and my issue is that they are debiting the incorrect monthly amount. The tog bag issue is very much secondary. I have been told since November somebody would call me to sort this out. This is a breach of contract on YOUR part - YOU are debiting the incorrect amount every month and have now debited R720 too much. I need someone to either give me a contact number for the accounts people or have someone phone me as clearly there is no communication going on between your staff members.
