Planet Fitness accounts a total mess

Hi there, firstly my account was incorrectly put on the system by Michael, that has been sorted now. We were informed by Michael that we could pay half upfront and our (Kate Hibberd and I) remaining balance over 8 months. Last month we got a sms saying our account is outstanding, which it isn't as we made the monthly payment. Last night we went in to pay our R 400 and on our statement it shows the full R 2 400 in 30 to 60 days, which is incorrect. Has planet fitness sent a default to the credit bureau for the last few months? On top of this two other people in my office are also having problems, the one keeps getting debited with R 3 800 when they owe nothing and the other has been waiting for his old contract to be cancelled for three months now, so they have been charging him for two accounts. I would like to have this sorted out today as we have been messed around for months now. If we cant sort this out, I will be contacting various newspapers and I am sure one of them would like to take our story on how Planet Fitness is debiting peoples accounts when they don't owe anything and incorrectly giving us a bad credit record.
