OVERCHARGING since September... still no help

I filed my first report on here on 30 November after trying to sort out this problem directly with Planet Fitness for 2 months, having no success. I got a reply from them on 4 December saying I must go into the branch, my problem will be fixed. I replied on 18 December saying that the person I was told to speak to had no clue what I was talking about and nothing more had been done. Now, a month later, Planet Fitness OWES ME R720 from over debiting my account every month. I have spoken to about 5 people at the branch, sent emails to various people and tried to contact them through their website. I have had no feedback at all. I am FURIOUS. Besides the RIDICULOUS R900 "sign up" fee I had to pay (and another R100 for a tag, surely that should be included??) I never got the things promised to me ie a tog bag, training session and so on. I have been searching and asking for head office contact details, nobody will give them to me. THIS IS . I WANT MY MONEY BACK - in my account, not a 'credit' or free months, I want a refund. I have credit card debt because they keep overcharging me and my budget is so tight. I AM FED UP SORT THIS OUT. WARNING: do not sign up with them!!!
