ILLEGAL DEBIT ORDER ON MY ACCOUNT

I have had 2 debit orders go off my accounts - one on the 10th October and another one today Ref: Planetfs68743505pl. I spoke to Ravi Sukdeo who assured me on Friday last week that the account was closed, and that he would organise for the amount to be refunded to my account this week. I had not heard from him, and then this morning another amount of R250 was debited - with the above reference number. I called SAYA recoveries and spoke to a lady who gave me an excuse that its not them who have debited my account but Planet Fitness. I honestly DON'T CARE who has debited my account - this money is illegally debited and i demand a full refund of both amounts- i want an answer today on this issue! how can you honestly go around debiting people's accounts when they have also paid in full etc! very easy to take peoples money - but we all have issues when it comes to trying to get it back
