4 Months of wrongful debits and no transfer!!!

I signed over my planet fitness contract to my sister in April and you are STILL debiting me. I have gone to sort it out, she has tried to sort it out. She has phoned, I have phoned. We have tried everything possible. This is .. I signed over the contract. You were very fast to charge and take the transfer fees, but you cannot do the actual TRANSFER so you have money from us!!! STOP debiting me and move the account to her name and her bank account. I will cancel your debit order off my account this month and if you so much as DARE suspend her gym contract I will take this to my lawyers. SORT THIS OUT TODAY STILL!!! You are all incompetent. How many people must one person speak to go get this sorted out? like I say, you are quick to TAKE the money for the transfer, but you don't actually DO the transfer. What the?!!!?!?!?
